• Payment is processed at the time of purchase. Orders will not be confirmed or shipped until payment is received in full.

• Prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes or fees.

 

Delivery

• Upon successful payment, your order will typically be processed within 1-5 business days. As a small, independently operated business, there may be occasions where processing times extend beyond this timeframe. Your patience and understanding are sincerely appreciated as we strive to fulfill your order efficiently and with care

• We offer nationwide delivery within New Zealand.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Delivery time will also depend on print times, expect up to 5 weeks for print and framing to be completed.

• We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.

• Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and size of the items and your delivery location and will be displayed at checkout.

• For international orders, please contact us directly to arrange shipping.

 

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

 

Print Quality

• Please note, the colours and image quality seen on a device or online may not look the the same as what will appear on the finished artwork.

Returns and Refunds:

• We take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss options for return or exchange.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging, to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
